We had a lovely stay at this sweet and clean hotel, it was located just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The location is great, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. There are also several bus stops close to the hotel, and it takes about 15 minutes by bus or 30 minutes on foot to reach the Old Town. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Special thanks to Lucrezia and Yazid for their warm hospitality! For parking, the hotel directed us to a partner garage about 5 minutes away. It costs €19 per day, and you need to pick up an access card from the hotel before entering the parking. Very convenient and straightforward. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Nice.

Lovely room, bright and comfortable. Good breakfast. The kindest and most helpful staff. Good position in a quiet area, close to the beach, to the tram stop from the airport and to the city centre, lots of supermarkets and shops nearby.

Location was perfect. We even think to be back for next Nice city trip and other place along coastline of cot d'azur and use this hotel for longer stay, as it has easy acces to all kind of transport within 5 min on foot : airport, tram an train stations. No need to rent a car. We were treated with 15% discount for dinner in restaurant of Crown Plaza and had very tasty meals. Room was quiet however outside was busy street with intensive traffic. Good breakfast. Nice Art books in the Lobby area.

The hotel is very elegant and comfortable, it even exceeded my expectations. Breakfasts were tasty, everyone will be satisfied, as there are savory and sweet options to choose from. Coffee was excellent. Room was amazing - spacious and extremely clean. The staff was highly professional, kind and helpful. I loved the smell in the corridor. The wine I tried in a bar was perfect. I would give it 11 if it was possible. You can easily reach the city centre with a bus 12 (bus station is just opposite the hotel).

Very quiet hotel, lots of amenities, nice terrace to spend mornings or evenings. Room was spacious enough for our stay, clean and comfortable. Hotel is just 5 minutes from the train station or Parc Phoenix, so very easy access to different destinations. Staff was helpful and ready to help.
