Beautiful surroundings. Convenient location within walking distance to the Abbey. Friendly staff. Very nice and large room. Jacuzzi in the room was welcome after a day's cycling. Breakfast was a great selection of breads, croissants, charcuterie, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and a lovely local speciality which was like a caramelised rice pudding.

relatively easy to find, check in with reservation number,so able to arrive at our time and get into our room. the way the room was designed, small but practical. good sized shower, good beds. staff excellent.

Very welkoming and friendly staff. Clever concept of both hotel and studio appartment. Reduced mobility equipment and bathroom was excellent. Very nice emplacement for nice walks along the river.

The room although on a busy road had very effective glazing- hence a good nights sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean, Very new hotel and the facilities exceeded expectations for the star ratings on this hotel. Breakfast was excellent with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. Coffee was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel, slightly strange unknown area of Rouen but we used as a pit stop en route to Calais from the South of France- and it definitely exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast was nice. The staff was very very polite, and very very helpful for what we asked. The hotel interior together with the staff made it feel very cosy. The room was exactly what was in the description.
