The staff here are absolutely exceptional. The whole hotel is immaculate, breakfast was lovely, nothing was too much trouble even requesting something that wasn't even on the buffet ie. omelette ! The rooms are perfect, clean, fabulous comfy beds and beautifully presented. Although the steam room was closed for refurbishment, the heated indoor pool had jacuzzi jets and the gym had everything you could possibly need to relax. Even better, access was included in the room rate without the need to reserve. My daughter and I had the most incredible time in Paris, and the hotel made our holiday even better. We will definitely be back. Thank you to every one.

the space was clean smells good and the cleaning lady was doing a great job to be honest. the bed was comfortable sheets doesn’t smell bad. bathroom was clean. the location is perfect not very touristy area . and it’s safe many armed police officers were rooming over the area. which is a good thing .
