The hotel was perfectly situated, our room was beautiful and although the restaurant was closed we ate very well in the hotel’s bistro. A very copious breakfast was a bonus the next morning.

A clean and well kept hotel within 45 minutes walk from the town’s key sights. Reception staff were delightful - a real asset to their employer. The room was clean and functional - very comfortable. Car parking was straightforward and safe. A real bonus was a superb Pizza restaurant located within the hotel!

It was only a short walk to town centre. We had a balcony on the roadside and there were 2 lots of sliding doors so very quiet.

Very clean room and bathroom. Friendly and professional staff. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The menu for diner looked appetizing, sadly it was fully booked!

After a long day travelling, it was great to find the hotel just at the doorstep of the train station. Although we arrived at 10pm, our room was secured and we were welcome by someone at reception.
