From location, services, staff friendliness and helpfulness standpoint points, they were top notch. As this is a small hotel, all facilities such as swimming pool and gym etc… are quite small. Really love the location!

General Manager was wonderful and spent time telling us stories about the hotel, Lyon, etc. We felt very warmly welcomed and had a wonderful dinner in their restaurant. The food, view and ambiance are all top rate.
