Clean, room well equiped, staff very friendly and helpful

Everything was very good, the staff was also helpful. I received the same as in the pictures.

Everything was nice. The bedroom has a really nice size, very comfortable. The restaurant was always open and the food is very tasty. The employees are very nice. The location is nice because it is close to the underground.

The chapter hotel is a beautiful set of buildings, 5 minutes from the Finsbury station, which is served by the night tube (friday and Saturday), the Thameslink, and the Great Northern train. It's a great station for quickly reaching any part of London. For example, reaching mile end (east london) is possible in less than an hour. Windsor castle is in the far west of greater london, but it's less than 2 hours from this station. The hotel is also next to a bus stop (about 1 minutes walk) that is served by the buses N29 and 29, which provide a 24 hour connection to and from central london (just 30 minutes from Soho). All in all, the transport options were perfect. The actual room was very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. There was absolutely no dust even in high-up difficult places. Bathroom towels were changed every 2 days without any request. The area was described online as relatively rough, but after experiencing it late at night multiple times, I would say that it's pretty safe if you use your wits. London is a relatively safe city in general, as long as you're aware of pickpockets. The price was amazing as well. Staying at a 16-bed hostel in central london was more expensive, and with the great transport available, there is no reason to put yourself through that. This will be my first choice any time I visit London.

Very pleasant place. Sometimes the room s were too noisy, you could hear the neighbours talking. But the area was very quiet. I liked the heater in the room, and also the air conditioner.
