The staff are very attentive and helpful plus the room are spotless and well maintained with little noise from the surrounding guests. The free breakfast is really very good and has a wide range of options and freshly cooked hot items. Ideally placed for access to Bristol Temple Meads Station and the bus to airport it is a real find and my only advice is, perhaps, to ask for a rear facing room as these are really quiet. The staff kindly agreed to change my room when I pinpointed that I was not comfortable with a room which had a connecting door. I’ve also received a lot of recommendations for places to visit when I’ve mentioned it’s my first time in Bristol. Good breakfast. Quite close (at least for me, I love to walk) to Bristol Temple Meads station. The hotel is just next to the Harbourside, which has a lot of nice places to get a drink.
