The staff was helpful and friendly during every interaction. You can't ask for a better location if you want to be near the Palace, yet also shop and eat with ease. Also, room size was quite appropriate for European travel expectations. Let's put it this way ... If my teenage daughter raved about it, it has to be GREAT!

Location and hotel comfort was excellent! You can walk easily from hotel to main touristic areas in 20 min, or you can take a metro which is close to hotel too. The room was also so clean, organized and we had everything in the kitchen that we needed.

Just off Piccadilly and next to Green Park, The Stafford London is elegant, central, peaceful and charming.

I was very impressed by the level of service of the hotel. Reception, Concierge...,Stayed in similar hotels in the vicinity but the service was exceptional at this hotel.
