My friend & I came for the rugby at Twickenham & the hotel is just perfect for that , there are nods to the rugby all around the hotel, it is literally situated at the stadium & is just a 10 minute walk from Waterloo Station. We had a twin room which was lovely & spacious. The staff were wonderful & nothing was too much trouble, it was the most wonderful stay & we'll definitely stay again for the next game we see.

Sensational location offside the London inner city chaos - but with good connection to eg. Waterloo (30 min). Very quiet directly at Syon park. Nothing negative in regards of the hotel: Good breakfast & dinner, nice room and park around the hotel. Will come back!

Room was in pristine condition, bed was very comfortable. For me the highlight was the level of service from the staff here, honorable mention to Zubair who was incredibly helpful and kind. Thoroughly impressed yet again.

We choose this Hotel, for family reasons and it was a really surprise for us, I mean in a positive way. The staff at the front desk was amazing and supporting. She refunded us,for my mistake on the booking procedure. I did appreciate that. The hotel is so cute, clean and confortable. Location in front of the Tamigi is nice and with the train it can get London in 40 minutes.

We stayed at this hotel as it was near to the venue we had a wedding reception to in the evening....we checked 45 mins before we were suppose to and they didnt charge us. We booked the family deluxe room for 4 ..the room was very spacious ...had 2 open interlinking rooms with tv in both ..the entrance in the room was very spacious with fitted wardrobes , hanging space n full length mirror. Bathroom was huge , room was sound proof as its close to heathrow airport . Theres a 24hr open bar with big lobby which after reception we just took over 😂 ...would deffo recommend 👍

    The hotel's location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the Hounslow East tube station, making it easy to get around the city. Also, several bus lines stop directly in front of the hotel, with the bus stop only a minute's walk from the entrance. ​The staff were all very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable. ​We only had breakfast at the downstairs restaurant, but it was good. The pub is a great spot for sports fans, as they show Premier League football and other sports throughout the day.

    The room was comfortable & quiet even though it was above the local pub. Bus stop right outside & Hounslow East station close. Meals regular pub fare. Good bed & fluffy towels with a great shower. Tower fan provided. Lucky to enjoy jazz night while we were there.

    Location was great. A few minutes to walk to Hounslow East tube and then 15 mins travelling to Heathrow (at 4am). It was about an hour on the tube to the O2 for an event. There were 2 proper bedrooms in a nice queit residential area. Big parking area within a gated place

    The flat has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Everything is modern and spacious, and it's a really quiet place (especially considering it's just off Hounslow East High Street). The equipment is superb everywhere - I couldn't find anything missing. Wi-fi fast and free. Owner texted key arrangements on day of booking and communicated well.
