We booked a family room and were given two adjoining rooms, which our teenage son appreciated! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was marvellous and the staff were all very helpful

The breakfast was very good. You could order different dishes. It was very nicely arranged. The staff were always competent and helpful and also very friendly. The pub is excellent. Great ambience. Everything is very, very nice. A successful stay and a great experience. We had booked 6 rooms for a wedding. We would love to come back again.

The location is very good, right at the city centre and it's very close to the train station as well. The room was very comfortable and everything was clean. I had some issues with the self check-in but the staff was very helpful and friendly and everything was sorted out quickly. I would stay here again.
