Best breakfast. Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Emily, who made us look forward to every breakfast. They provided daily cleaning. Sparkling clean areas and sit out rooms, bar. We had really good feelings here, and the location was approximate to every key place. The room was equipped with every amenities you can think of, including the very basic ones. We are definitely coming back soon.

My fiance and i both agree this has been our best hotel experience so far. The Staff are so nice, we were in the lounge almost daily for the free evening drinks, the local fruit cider is amazing. They helped us alot with recommendations, reservations and even with my proposal to my then girlfriend. We are gonna miss this place and the people.

Great location, so close to everything in downtown Edinburgh. We had an amazing small apartment with plenty of room and beautiful decor. Lovely, clean, stylish. Just perfect! Associated restaurants were also fantastic. Definitely recommend. Staff were outstanding! Very kind and helpful.

We loved our room! Very spacious and big bathroom. Staff very friendly and great that we could get good cocktails to our room whilst getting ready for dinner.
