Everything at the property was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant was great! Maggie was our server at the Restaurant and she was superb. Location was excellent, close to Primark and walking distance to the University of Plymouth.

On arrival the gentleman who checked me in was absolutely amazing so friendly couldn't have been anymore helpful I've stayed quite a few hotels but without a doubt he made this arrival and check in perfect any questions he was only too willing to answer he breakfast was amazing beds really comfortable it was quiet clean and the girls who worked in the morning serving the breakfasts all were lush really nice ladies who were only too happy to help you with anything I'd 100% recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Plymouth
