A highly recommended hotel in a great area close to the underground. The room is small but still comfortable for a short stay. The bathroom is in good condition, and everything is clean, tidy, stylish, and comfortable. The district is beautiful and safe.

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

The location is pretty neat, and it's quite easy to get there from the Heathrow airport. It's a good spot if you will be doing a conference near the Excel, or if you want to discover the Central London (good metro lines).

This 4-star hotel is 150 metres from the ExCeL Exhibition Centre and close to the O2 arena, Canary Wharf and London City Airport.

We had a lovely stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. Im not one to leave reviews but I would really like to shine some light on Audrie. She was just always there ready to help in any way possible. She was the reason why our stay was so memorable and I hope that Novotel realises what a true gem she is. The staff were fantastic! We had some things we were in doubt about, and things we wanted to get sorted throughout our stay, and the staff at the reception were just so nice and helpful, and helped everything get sorted in a jiff. The hotel itself is also gorgeous, and the rooms were really comfortable and nice! It was a really nice surprise, that our room had both EU- and UK-type electrical sockets in the walls! The hotel's position right next to Excel was perfect for us :)
