This hotel is excellent and highly recommended! It truly deserves a 20 out of 10! The staff is more than excellent; they went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. I had a small issue when I checked in, but once I reported it, they handled everything immediately. I appreciate how quickly and efficiently the manager, Ibrahim, addressed the problem, which was very generous of them. I liked the hotel, the staff, and everything about it.

With views of Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a one-minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition center and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

Staff were lovely and the room was better than I had expected from an Ibis hotel! We had a lovely big window overlooking the docks. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable. We were only here for one night for a concert but it was a great location to travel to the O2 (a short walk from the cable cars, my favorite!) and the station next to the ExCel will get you right to Heathrow Airport. The lobby also has nice areas to relax in with a bar and I believe a little tuck shop, but as we were only there for one night we didn't get a chance for a good look.

This 4-star hotel is 492 feet from the ExCeL Exhibition Center and close to the O2 arena, Canary Wharf and London City Airport.
