IsraelWe spent 7 nights at this charming hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, bus lines and destinations are right next door. The service at the hotel is exceptional. I would especially like to mention Rashita, from whom we received exceptional service and treatment in the dining room. The service at the hotel in general is really excellent and the guest gets the feeling that he is welcome. In general, you feel that the issue of service at this hotel is extremely important and every request is answered quickly. The breakfast with table service is excellent, we also had dinner several times and it was very good. There is no doubt that on our next visit to London this will be a favorite hotel.

The only thing that worked was that Hussein, the young receptionist was kind an helpful. The place cannot be called a hotel. It is very well located, but it is sadly dirty.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and it never disappoints. The check-in and check-out process is always easy, the place looks exactly like in the photos, and it’s clean and comfortable. The location is perfect — walking distance to the Gherkin, Liverpool Street, Bank, and London Bridge. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The place is perfect if you come to London to do some shopping in the area. It's right on Brick Lane. Across from it are these two really good bagle palces. Recomande to check these out if you stay here.
The room was quiete and it had everything it needs. The only thing that would have made it better would be a big mirrow where you can see your full outfit. 🙃

I love staying here - the place and neighbourhood is very beautiful. I like sitting in the lounge and reading. the beds are very comfortable. It is easy to get there, either by bus of tube. This is my go to place when I am staying in London.

"I had a wonderful stay! The place is in an excellent location – close to public transport and shops, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything I needed. The host took great care of every detail, and communication was easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this place!"

The staff is incredible. Fusy at reception was very helpful, she answered all our questions and also provided extra towels that we needed. The location of the hotel is great to quickly get into Shoreditch / St Kathrine's Dock / Tower Hamlets etc. The place is well designed and they use great furniture.
