The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. I’ll definitely be back when working in the area next time

A comfortable hotel at Birmingham University Campus. Spacious rooms, warm in winter, which was important for me. I rested well in the double bed. Tea tray in the room, with tasty cookies provided daily. Clean, and with excellent room service. Bathroom facilities also superb. A very nice bar and restaurant - I had a meal there in the evening. Tasty breakfast! As a single traveller I felt very safe staying in this place. There was a bus stop just outside the hotel.

I liked that the property was modern and the bar was really nice .. I was first greeted at the reception by an employee named Alex and he was very instrumental in making my stay comfortable as he gave me the tips of where in the city to go to and where to get the type of food I will love and went out of his way to make sure my card finally worked as it wasn’t reading the chip on my card and this made delayed me at the reception
