The room, the en-suite and the furniture was great. The bed large and very comfortable. Many pillows provided. The TV was very good (but didn't use it much). The en-suite was excellent and there were both a shower and a bath tub. I used both, and was very pleased also with the variety of towels and soaps provided. The breakfast was fantastic. A very large selection of food and drinks to choose from, and all of a very high quality!

The hotel was magnificent. Everything was perfectly done from the location across from the main Newcastle station to the staff who were super helpful to the amenities. Even though it's in such a central location, no noise from the street made it to the room. Nothing could be faulted.
