Very busy on match days and the locals are very friendly. If you are an away fan, don't wear your colours as a matter of respect. Not much near the property but plenty of deliveries. The washing machine and dishwasher was a bonus. Will book again hopefully it's cheaper when England are not playing at villa park 😊.
