The staff, especially Mr. Gasber from the reception am not sure if i write it right, and the Egyptian doorman both very helpful, polite, and so professional plus the hotel location, the comfortable bed, and the view from the room.

Really great facilities. We enjoyed the gym, didnt get a chance to use the spa. Breakfast was great and lobby was super vibrant and lively in the evening. Few steps from the tube, very convenient.

the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.
