Very stylish hotel, the room was comfortable and had great views over Mtatsminda. Keti and Tata, at the front desk, were very nice, helpful and always with a smile in their face. Breakfast is delicious.

The reception / landlord Mr. Giga was very kind and accommodating he make sure all pur needs are met and addressed. He makes us feel very at home and satisfied with the stay. Very nice overlooking view at our room balcony and also at the dining hall

The small, family-owned hotel is in a perfect location, a quiet residential neighbourhood, only 5 minutes walk above Rustaveli Avenue. The owners, brothers Guram and Irakli, were friendly and professional and met me on arrival. Breakfast is included in a nice, top floor room (I did not take, as I left for an early train the next morning). The ground-floor room was very clean, well-maintained with everything needed. I wish I found this great place earlier in my time in Tbilisi.
