Everything was perfect. The owner was the kindest person I have ever met in a structure, super available for everything we needed and even more. the service and the hospitality was excellent. Last day he even offered us to bring us to the bus station. He made our travel unforgettable. It is such a pleasure to be in a structure like this and to meet people as him and Mara, the adorable woman that prepares every morning a unique handmade and delicious breakfast, she is just the best!!! she makes u feel that you are in a family. I would like to especially mention the reception staff. I arrived very early in the morning and obviously the room was not ready yet, receptionist Lizzy immediately offered me a cup of coffee. Then during the day there was Tata at the reception, whom I would like to especially mention, she constantly monitored the readiness of the room and as soon as it was ready, I immediately received information. Check-in was done in a second. During the entire stay, she was always on shift during the day. Thanks to her, I always saw and felt a very cozy, friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the reception, maximum respect for guests and always a desire to help. I was amazed! Only extremely positive impressions remained. The rooms were clean. At breakfast, each of our company could find something suitable for themselves. I will definitely visit this hotel again!
