. We were greeted at the reception by the kind and helpful Maria. We were upgraded to a deluxe room without asking, a large and luxurious room with 2 wide balconies, great view to the lake. The hotel is clean and well equipped, an excellent pool, a very good breakfast with a large and delicious selection.

The breakfast was great. Only 2 exceptions. Water for the tea definitely could have been hotter and the bacon cooked more. Desserts were plentiful and delicious. Also, Petros the front desk person was great. He was so helpful regarding dining suggestions, taxis, the general area we were in, just his overall demeanor was so pleasant. Yes, it's what a traveler would expect at a hotel, etc, but he went above and beyond. The young lady who wa the server in the dining room our first night was also interesting, helpful and so pleasant. We'd go back there in a heart beat.

Fabulous design, ultra clean and comfortable and Elena the host was so beautiful and ever so helpful. She even took our luggage to & from our vehicle. Unbelievable hospitality. The room, sitting area and courtyard were superb. Can’t wait to go again and will only stay there.

the best small hotel I've been to. a very pleasant surprise! Very tastefully decorated, everything seems new. The rooms are spacious, with everything you need. The location is in the heart of the old town, everything is within easy reach. If you come by car, don't be afraid of the narrow streets, follow the simple instructions and you will find it easily.     We stayed in IALNA for 3 days and had a great time. The welcome from Violeta was excellent and also the assistance during the stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet, as it is inside the area of ​​the Castle of Ioannina, right in the center and very close to the beautiful lake. Very good bed to rest and abundant breakfast with fresh and good quality products. Ioannina is very beautiful and rich in history and it is worth visiting!

    Very picturesque hotel, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel resides inside the castle of Ioannina, just a couple of minutes away from all the major attractions. The rooms and the atrium garden (where the breakfast is served) are quite beautiful

    Tastefully and beautifully designed boutique guest house in the unique village inside the castle of Ioannina. The two brothers George and Marius manage the property (newly built next to their family home) with love that can only come from authenticity and a passion for hospitality. They went out of their way to make suggestions for our stay and even offered to pick up local sweets from an out of the way specialty shop for us to bring back home for a Greek friend. Our stay was perfect.
