We had the chance to stay in a club 65 suite during our vacation and everything was perfect. the ambiance of the hotel, the view, the service. the staff who take great care. Everything Location: just a 3 minute walk to North Point MTR station (island line). Also, taxis are always at the entrance of the hotel. Many shops, restaurants, supermarkets are within 5 minutes walk, plus there is a mall right next to the hotel, Starbucks on the ground floor and 2 711 just around the corner. Facilities: Very modern and luxurious hotel. Rooftop pool open 6:30am to 10pm with amazing HK views. A lot of restaurants on the second floor and although we did not visit them, we could tell they were popular as there were busy. Room: Room had everything we needed, even Nespresso coffee machine. A really cool AI device where you can ask for hotel or city info, and it plays music on demand, short of like an Alexa. Through that, you can even ask for extra amenities from the reception, which are brought to your door within minutes. Nice view of Victoria Harbor. In general, the room gave us the feeling we are staying at a very luxurious and expensive hotel. Staff: Everyone we encounter was amazing. Check in and out was done very fast, housekeeping were super sweet and polite (even emailed us just an hour after check out that we forgot something in our room), concierge very helpful with both luggage storage and helping with taxis. We are very seasoned travelers, and tbh it’s probably our first time we have such a great overall experience, where we cannot think of even the tiniest negative to say about a stay.
