The location is great, right across the street is a spacious and safe beach. The balcony on the sea side has a great view of the city of Baška Voda and the mountains that start right at the city border. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Private parking is right around the corner and space was always available in the beginning of October.

Host and his family are super friendly and helpful, location is amazing considering the nearby Punta rata beach and everything is closeby (restaurants, market, ...). The apartment is smaller but very well equipped and host offers free bikes and sups which is super nice. The apartment has daily cleaning so it feels like you are in a hotel.

The property is well located with a great view. You can reach some beaches by walking but a big plus for me was the parking card for Punta Rata beach. The property has the kitchen utensils for cooking basic meals.

Great location (7min to Punta Rata beach) and nice view from the balcony. You have all you need for a pleasant stay, you can even use owner’s washing maschine. You have parking spot available.

Excellent owner who lived on another floor of the same house. Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Private seating on the terrace with outdoor fireplace and sea view. Private parking. Small grocery store approx. 50 m from the house. Smaller beaches are nearby and the beautiful and well-known Punta Rata beach with small pebbles and pine trees is about 750 m away. Possibility of snorkeling. Excellent price-quality ratio.

The apartment was very well cleaned and equipped with everything you need. The owners allowed to park earlier and put all necessary groceries into the fridge. The location is great, just 15 minutes walk from Punta Rata beach and two minutes from the city beach and center. The suite on the last floor has beautiful terrace and the last floor has separate entrance, from the upper road.

The acomododation is great value for money. It is close to the beach Loznica, 3 minutes by foot. It takes like 15 min by foot to Punta Rata beach. It takes 10 min by foot to Baska Voda. It is very close to the Berulia Hotel. It is very clean, towels are changed at daily basis. There is tea corner in the room with fridge, toaster, water cooker, egg machine, coffee machine and plates, glasses ... -perfect for breakfast or coffee. The lady owner is very nice and helpful. You will have free parking lot during the stay.

The apartment is close to Punta Rata Beach. It is located lower than the place where we were last year. Very nice and well equipped place. Beautiful view from the balconies.

Beautiful family run accommodation, hosts are very kind and informative, apartment was very well equipped, spotless and in a great location near to plenty of restaurants and beaches but far enough inland to enjoy quiet evenings. Lovely views of the sea and a stunning nature walk nearby. Also very handy having a supermarket within walking distance and Stipe, our host helped us with parking access near the Punta Rata beach which was fantastic!

Beautiful property in a perfect place for vacation. Apartment was very nice, equipped and clean. The villa is just on Podrače Beach and 5min walk from Punta Rata beach. All recommendation for this accomodation.

The best place we stayed in Croatia. The room had a great taste in terms of indoor design with a nice balcony. It was really next level compared to the other places we stayed that were very good but more "ikea-style". Facilities are also to the best standard: "real" kitchen to cook, good quality wifi to work remotely, smart TV to watch something, and few products left at disposal in the room (snacks, coffee, rakija). Walking distance to Punta Rata beach with lovely sceneries (completely empty off-season).
