The hotel is situated near a metro line. It's also not too far from the highway. There's one P+R really close by and one relatively close by (you can get to the hotel by using metro). However, there's also parking in the hotel itself. The room itself was clean. There's air-conditioning, a safe, some space for storing your stuff. The bed was great and comfy. Although the room was looking at the street, it was quiet during the night. In my opinion, the hotel is perfect for solo travelers or if you intend to spend a couple of days in Budapest. No major qualms.

I had an exceptional stay, the place was affordable, very clean and situated at a very convenient spot, within walking distance to both my place of work and the bus/metro station. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and with a nice view. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout, they even leave a snack gift for you when you first enter the room which was very appreciated.

The Ibis Budapest Citysouth hotel is located a 15-minute drive from the Budapest Liszt Ferenc Airport, opposite the Határ út M3 Metro Stop.

Good location if you are arriving or departing from the bus station (10 minutes on foot). Quiet, peaceful place in the residential area. Friendly staff, always ready to help. No complaints about the room: fresh linen and towels, fresh renovation, clean.
