Staff is helpful and it’s well-positioned for Mount Bromo. The staff recommended that I go to the sunrise via motorbike and I think that was a great suggestion - it was cheaper than a jeep by half and really fun, plus you can weave around the jeep traffic so the driving is quicker. They brought us extra blankets at the middle of the night. We booked 2 nights what was way too much because besides Mount Bromo, there's absolutely nothing else to see. They let us cancel the other night and gave us full refund which was super nice. Breakfast was served to the room and it was two piece of bread with a fried egg. Strong wifi.
