Clean, comfortable, with very friendly staff. There is one elderly cleaning person from Ukraine who was so friendly and helpful. I would go back just because of her! Breakfast was very good; the desk attendants were friendly and helpful; the dinner was very good too. We took bus tours that left at 645am and about 50 meters from the hotel. Easy walk to Croke Park and downtown. Perfect location.

Went for St Patrick's day, unbeatable location, within walking distance to all of the main attractions and no noise at night. There was a celebration at the hotel bar so you could enjoy the festivities without even leaving the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was great and the bed really comfortable.

Located beside Trinity College, this Georgian property is consisted of of 3 adjacent buildings and is beautifully restored with elegant décor and warm, traditional style.

The staff is marvelous. I was one of the first guests at the hotel's opening and enjoyed conversation with manager Sinead Derham and Rose Caraballo. Rose went out of her way to make a copy of Dublin's City Centre map, with directions to the fabulous Emigration Museum. She even called the Museum to ensure that I could get in shortly before closing and called a taxi for me. I enjoyed a delicious drink in the lobby bar, which is spacious with comfortable seating.The lobby/front desk/bar is a very welcoming and friendly place.
