The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, specially day shift at the reception! Neat, tidy, clean and modern rooms with daily attendance of housekeeping staff, all the amenities needed. The bedding was questionable when we arrived, but the staff immediately replaced it and provided a breakfast at no cost. Excellent customer service. I believe they also gave a discount for that room for one night. Great location so that we could walk anywhere we wanted to go, and very helpful staff with recommendations.
