From the moment we checked in, to the breakfast staff, housekeeping staff even staff walking past all extremely professional and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional huge choice and very high quality even had freshly squeezed orange juice. The room was spotless and had every amentiy. Nice touch to be able to open a window. The location was excellent. 10/10.

Great location. Walk to the left one block, amazing choice of restaurants. Walk across the street and walk through a beautiful park towards the city center to attractions, more restaurants and museums.

A very nicely run and pleasant older hotel as close as you can get to walkable tourist sites in Dublin. Very accommodating staff, delicious breakfast. Dublin Express bus from the airport took us within 100 yards of the hotel (Ashton Quay stop). The lively Temple Bar neighborhood is right outside the door. Relatively safe area to be a pedestrian. Many great restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in a great location. Could walk everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had both hot menu and continental breakfast included. Room was a little small compared to US standards. Hard to open luggage on floor due to space. But still a good choice. Only suggestion would have coffee carafe available for the early morning risers. Or a working kuerig by the front desk. Making in room is tough when the other occupant likes to sleep in. Too noisy!!

Was disappointed with everything except the team at the reception whom I met in the morning. The lady was very sweet and warm. she even volunteered to help me with the luggage. But besides that there was nothing good about this hotel.
Very disappoint experience during check-in . Not as per Hilton standards. Also far from city centre.

The hotel was in a very convenient location which we all loved. The staff were always helpful and accommodating. They let us keep our bags there early and kept them for us afterwards until our taxi came. The room was clean and the breakfast was great alot of choices. Good hotel for Temple Bar area.

Great location in South Dublin. Plenty of parking available. Travelled with my wife and 10 month old baby. The cot was good and the staff were helpful with regards to baby food, etc. A good hotel in a good location.
