The staff was great. Especially workers at the restaurant.

Staff was exceptionally welcoming and accomodating. The room was very nice, spacious, comfortable, and super clean. The tv had a netflix option whivh my wife appreciated. In-room dining was available and the food was delicious! We loved the paneer makhani. Fresh fruit delivered to the room for breakfast was also included, very nice. The garden is lovely the pool clean and cool, and the gym was clean and had great equipment.

The hotel is super near the airport. The Art Deco interior is beautiful. The food is great. The service of the staff is exceptional!

Our family of three stayed here one night before our morning flight to the airport. Very friendly staff who made us feel extremely welcome. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast, a very short walk away, was very good. The location itself it very close to the airport, which also means it's in a pretty gritty neighborhood without much to see, but the area felt safe. Highly recommend this hotel!

She helped us organize incredible tours, suggested great local bars and restaurants, and was a constant source of support—especially when my wife felt unwell. Mrunali not only assisted with getting medication but also checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. Her kindness and care truly made a difference. Our room was pure 5-star luxury—extremely comfortable bed, stunning view of the mangroves, and a beautiful bathroom that made it feel like a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the city. Plus, gym and Wellness Spa were unreal. Taj The Trees is more than a hotel—it’s an experience. We’re so grateful for the warmth and generosity we received, and we can’t wait to return.
