Now this is a suprise. Location of the hotel is great. It is off the expected tourist place and one can experience the tranquil of Venice. It is a quiet neighbourhood. What caught us by surprise is the newness of the entire place. Very clean and smells good. The staff were hyper friendly and super helpful and helping us with the bookings and even climbed the stairs up to the last floor while my family took the lift up. I cannot ask for more better service.

Where do I start. The rooms beautifully functional, glamorous and cozy. On the small side, but it is a historical building. Breakfasts nutricious and varied. But the real value and highlight of the hotel is the staff. They will pamper you, show you routes, survive your lame attempts at learning Italian with the patience that is only seen in kindergarten teachers. Romina, Annaliza, Klaudia, Lilia, Lily and Marco will make you feellike you're visiting your long lost family. I will quote the Terminator: I'll be back. So will Joanna.

Ideally set in Venice, Palazzo Keller features air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a bar. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk.

The hotel was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, there was only one inconvenient little thing – the tap water was never cold, always tepid, not very good for drinking. The location was excellent too, we walked almost everywhere and managed to see a lot in only three days, including the Christmas market in Mestre (we took a bus there). The breakfast was great and, after asking, they even prepared a breakfast box for the last morning since we had to check out before breakfast started. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Opened in 1908, the Saturnia & International is an elegant hotel run by the Serandrei family, located 200 metres from St Mark’s Square.
