Even before we arrived they were very kind and helping us! They gave us a surprise with an upgrade , the suite was beautiful , confortable and modern. Everything worked perfectly!, Breakfast was delicious and the service exceptional But the most beautiful experience was with the staff!! Rafaela and Giuseppe at the reception were very helpful and they organize our days with maps and recomendations. We felt that we make new friends. This hotel is exceptional. We recently stayed at Palazzo Zimara to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond at every step to make our stay special. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a handwritten note from the staff—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room quality was spectacular, blending luxury and comfort seamlessly. Staying in a palazzo built in 1557 was a unique experience; the renovations beautifully preserved its historical charm while adding modern, high-end touches. Breakfast in the courtyard was a highlight, with delicious and fresh offerings that made each morning delightful. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly, making us feel truly valued as guests. The entire staff was outstanding, not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable. They kept us informed and offered excellent suggestions on where to go and what to do in and around the city. They even went the extra mile by providing tips for the next city we were staying in, making our travels even more enjoyable. If you’re considering booking at Palazzo Zimara, don’t hesitate—this place is a gem, perfect for special occasions or simply indulging in a luxurious getaway. Highly recommended!

This hotel is gorgeous! The decor throughout is very classy and the setting is the historic stone along with updated plaster. The lobby area had a bar along with a lovely lounge to sit in and an eating area for the breakfast. The room was very spacious and extra table/counter space to use our laptops, look at maps, and enjoy our coffee in the room. The bathroom was large and had a very good amount of space for our toiletries. Our room had two balconies--the balconies were small but cute and had an excellent view of the beautiful street. The rooftop garden was so amazingly beautiful--we we enjoyed that space several times to have our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The location is excellent--from the hotel you can easily walk the whole of Lecce's old city and tourist sites. There is valet parking offered or park a short distance away outside the residential use zone. All the staff spoke excellent English and were very willing to help. The breakfast was very good with pastry and cheese options.

    I stayed 1 night with mum mum. It was such a great experience. A big thank to Bea (at the reception) for checking up on us before our arrival date. Location is very central next to restaurants, bars and shops. 10/15 min walk from Lecce train station. Hotel was super clean. High ceiling and spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. Amazing italian breakfast. Grazie di cuore ! ;)

    The B&B is conveniently located about midway between the Lecce train station and the historic center. The facilities are modern, clean and very comfortable. For my booking, B&B provided a voucher for a small breakfast (caffe and pastry), and a cafe/bar very close to the B&B. The host was very helpful and arranged to give me an early check-in. I was happy with this accommodation.
