everything from the valet to the reception, the staff are courteous and nice, rooms are impeccably clean and that is coming from a person who is very allergic to pollens and dusts. rooms are spacious.

it feels like a home not a hotel, even the breakfast room makes you feel like you’re having a family breakfast with the residents, which is a one of a kind experience. all the staff are friendly, and are helpful regarding trips in Italy. hotel is near the domo which is 20 mins walk. neighborhood is very safe and friendly. our room was great! the extra sofa bed is very roomy as well which is not expected. room has everything working well, heater and ac working perfectly. house keeping were great too.
