It had everything from fruit, salad, breads, croissants, yogurt, eggs, bacon, etc. Also as a guest you get a discount at Terme di Saturnia Spa and Golf resort which is well worth using if you are going for the day. That is something I would highly recommend doing. The free springs are ok but this experience is amazing.
