Breakfast was fantastic and location is excellent too. As a bonus there is local market just asid of the hotel you should not miss if you are interested with local shops etc. Room was very comfortable and quite. Staff are extremely helpful to make your stay unforgettable . Ceiling of breakfast room is amazing yuou feel yourself in the museum :-)

Very nice staff, and a nice breakfast area. The breakfast was very good, and had hand-made coffee as well as delicious mozzarella every morning. The staff remembered our coffee order and got it ready for us as soon as they saw us come down.

We stayed here for 3 nights in early October. We chose Il Convento based on previous reviews and boy were they right. The property is great but what made our stay so special was the staff. Their friendliness, attention to detail, helpfulness, etc. can't be overstated. Our room on the top floor had a private terrace which we enjoyed at different times of day. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and the breakfast room has beverages and pastries available 24 hours a day. For us, the location in the hectic Spanish Quarter with its many restaurants and shops was ideal to soak up the atmosphere of the old city while it's only a few minutes walk to Via Toledo which is filled with larger shops, is mostly pedestrianized, and close to the funicular which takes you to the top of city to visit the castle and spectacular views. We will definitely return.

It is in the pedestrian part of Naples so the entrance looks off putting but once you enter the hotel it is amazing! A very welcoming and lovely little hotel with wonderful decor and special little touches - the staff and breakfast were lovely and the location great for walking around.

    Roomy and modern apartment with good furniture and well equipped kitchen. Great location in the middle of the buzzing city centre. Easy to reach various important touristical hotspots from this location. Ample room for storing your clothes, suitcases etc. well equipped kitchen, large fridge and freezer. AC was working perfectly. One main (huge) window that opened to a balcony facing the streetside. Nice view over Via Chiaia. Whatsapp help by the owner was outstanding and with quick response times!

    The location was in Chiaia area,very closed to Piazza Trento-Triesti ,Plebiscito main squaire ,the port to Capri,Historic center ,Quartierri Spagnolli and many traffic means. It is 2 minutes walk from the famous historic Cafe Gabrinus and shopping streets like Via Toledo ,Via Chiaia and Via dei Mille (signe garments). Lots of restaurants ,pizzerias and tratoria were very close.
