Like every other tourist with an early flight, I had to sleep in Narita, the experience was great. Shuttle bus from and to the airport for free. Spacious room to rearrange the suitcases. Convenience store inside the hotel

Staff were amazing, tried to cater to all of our requests and all offering to help with baggage and our baby. Breakfast had a good selection. Free shuttle bus available to and from airport was great but times for it were limited.

    Location location location is excellent, literally in the basement of the Narita airport terminal 2 - that I could simply put on my jacket on top of the hotel gown to drop my friend for her flight - a unique privilege indeed. It's a nice clean hostel style facility with sleeping pods, showers and bathrooms. They give you everything like towels and even a nice gown. The shower head was extraordinary 👌👌
