The room was spacious. We were able to put the whole luggage cart with 5 luggage into the room, as we came from Tokyo with all our souvenirs. We had a view as well. Free breakfast was amazing! Free shuttles to mall, train station and to the airport.

It was very quiet and comfortable. I was a bit surprised at the automatic check in and check out but staff were there to help with the process. The convenience store in the lobby had pre made meals and was good value. It even had an ATM machine.

Location location location is excellent, literally in the basement of the Narita airport terminal 2 - that I could simply put on my jacket on top of the hotel gown to drop my friend for her flight - a unique privilege indeed. It's a nice clean hostel style facility with sleeping pods, showers and bathrooms. They give you everything like towels and even a nice gown. The shower head was extraordinary 👌👌
