The stuff was very helpfuö. They arranged for US (and other guests) that our luggage Was sent to our next destination in Japan. Rooms are basic but we we did not need more than a place to sleep and coffee in the morning. They only clean every third day but I think that is more than enough. You can still get fresh towels everyday. You also get free water bottles every day. I was pleasently surprised that the room had a balcony.

Great location to Akabane station, meant getting on the train was never an issue. Hotel had great toiletries and facilities such as facial cream, toothbrush, hairbrush etc. I felt very catered for.

Guys, the place was amazing. The stuff was so friendly the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet. It's close to all the facilities you need. I highly recommend it. I'll be back there next time I'm coming to Tokyo.
