It was a business trip for meetings in the Hachioji area. The staff was very friendly and check-in was very fast. The room was clean and spacious when compared to most hotel in Japan. As usual, the amenities in the room was superb. I could do my work in the room as well as it was comfortable and conducive (quiet).

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially cleaning stuff do their best to keep room clean. Every morning breakfast was almost the same and limited but well prepared. Just 30 seconds away from Keio Hachioji Station. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The owners are kind, they provide free drinks like coffee, latte, and tea, it feels like a home!!! The facilities are very detailed, from the room to the shared bathroom and areas! The owner even offered to drive us to the Hachioji station as we have so many luggages and was snowing heavily outside! I would love to come back to stay here if I have chance in the future!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful with recommendations on where to go and when to see things and it was fun to get to know them a little. They were ready and able to help with anything I needed, too. The house is very close to Hachioji Station and not far from Mount Takao, so the location is great.

Location was amazing. 5 min from Hachioji station, right next to the restaurant area and the night life. The room was clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. Hard to beat the price for the location.

I am told this is the best hotel in the Hachioji area, and I think it is. They were accommodating with requests, the breakfast was excellent with many choices (Western, Japanese meals), the room and bed were comfortable and spacious. Location was excellent was it was right off the JR Hachioji station, which made it convenient to go to work at the Kita Hachioji area.

Near the keio-hachioji station. Limousine bus to Haneda across the hotel. They offer free coffee (whole day) and donuts (8-10pm only). Friendly staffs.

The location is 100m to the main exit of Keio Line end station Hachioji, surrounded by many restaurants and grocery stores. The JR Hachioji station is a short walk away, too. The top floors have nice views of the city, and room is clean. Towels are delivered daily with or without requesting room cleaning.
