United StatesWe needed a bigger room since we had a few luggage. The hotel was full that day, but they accommodated us for a much bigger room the next day. We were very happy. This hotel is right next to the Hikone train station. It is very convenient. The staff are extraordinary!!

United StatesIt was really close to station and a nice short walk to a castle and town too. It was clean, convenient, and had lovely, friendly, and helpful staff. There were a lot of cute souvenirs you could buy as well in the lobby. We only stayed one night so didn’t take advantage of all the things they offered but we were very happy with our stay. The rooms were bright and not too small :)

The staff are professionals - accommodating in every way, from checking-in and out, help with luggage forwarding, to breakfast. The rooms are a bit dated, but are well kept and maintained - has a bit of charm to it. The location is convenient, next to cafes and restaurants, as well as within walking distance to Hikone Castle and the Train station.
