It is a very new hotel. Located just 13-15 min walk from the train station, it was easy to reach even with suitcases. We were given a room in Japanese style but with Western beds. Note that sink is located in the room lobby, while toilet and shower are behind the door. Heated toilet seat was a great feature in winter. Onsens on the roof are to die for. 1 indoors, 1 big outdoors and 2 more big tubs with 39'c and 42'c water. Breakfast is a great value for money. Overall this stay was amazing and I really really want to come back again.

Super clean and very reasonably priced. Comfortable room. Easy to check in and out at the kiosk. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. As for the location, it was easy to walk (10 to 20 minutes) to several attractions: the castle, a tatami workshop, history museum and a soy sauce brewery. Also, several excellent restaurants were nearby.

The location was very good as it was just next to the station. The staff members were really nice and helpful as well. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Overall, although the place had a retro ambience but it was very much to my liking. The breakfast was pretty decent too.

The hotel was close to Matsue station. For what I paid, I got a decent size room that was well appointed. As I arrived early, I left my bag at the hotel. When I returned to check-in, the bag was already in my room. A good start to a very comfortable stay.

The property was pretty near Matsue station which was great! The property was clean, looked unique and you would feel pretty much secure during your stay. There was an area for free amenities (amenity viking) and you can get a drink from the mini bar once a day. Might be the best property I've stayed at in Japan.

Location was very good, close to Matsue station and bus stations. The tourist office by the way is just outside of the station, to the right as you exit the station and it is a separate building. The information they provided was excellent. We ate out only once a day so we bought some groceries and other foods from the large AEON mall which is a 10-min walk east of the station

This hotel is so close to the Matsue station, and it is very convenient. The hotel is very clean and very well maintained. I really like how they provide a lot of amenity stuffs at the lobby. And it is really nice that they have a separate place for locker to put stuffs, so less noise at the capsule bed area. And they way they built the capsule beds, it feels less disturbance from other people. It is really comfortable inside the capsule, where it even has a fan button for better air circulation.
