Second time staying at Aloft. Excellence in customer service. Great room layouts and wonderful selection of tv channels. The location is also supreme. Around 10 minutes walk to umeda and 15 minutes to Osaka Station

Smart hotel, comfortable room with an excellent shower and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and having a coffee machine in the room was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was as you would expect super helpful and friendly. The location near the castle was great for morning runs and the hotel even had a running map in the room -- nice touch

Incredibly kind staff really made the stay special for us. Breakfast was delicious, with an excellent variety of choices on the menu. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Amenities provided would put some other hotels to shame!
