Staff are very receptive and helpful. Beds (twin room) were comfortable, clean, crisp, and warm. Location is excellent. Walking distance to both JR Nara and Kintetsu Nara stations. Easy access to the bus to go uphill to the main historical sites. Walking would be about 10 minutes to Kohfukuji. Restaurants around the corner on Sanjyo street in front of JR Nara.
