Amazing location, close to Shinjuku station, with a great view and many restaurants around. A very good breakfast with delicious avocado toast which I recommend to everyone! And last but not the least - really friendly people, which I love in Japan.

Great location. So clean and all the facilities we needed and more. The staff were amazing. My husband and I lost our passports and the staff went above and beyond to help us find our passports. Love that we had access to the lounge with a free bar / snacks / coffee. It was such a treat and there was an amazing view of Tokyo from there. Also it was our honeymoon and we kept getting little gifts - so sweet of them! It says it’s a 4 star hotel but honestly felt and looked like a 5 star. Highly recommend!

Best location right in the heart of Shibuya. Can even see My Fuji from the elevator lobby windows! Wonderful room, spacious bathroom. Buffet breakfast had a good variety and a very friendly chef, Chef Davide. Front desk staff very helpful in helping with restaurants or tickets to aquarium, anything.

Excellent spa and the service and location. Just that it is on slope so have to take taxi up for the luggage.
