Very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable room. Peaceful hotel vibe with many beautiful Buddha paintings and statues in the lobby. The location was perfect to visit a few areas within a few kilometers (nearby temple, entertainment and shopping areas, JR station).

the room was clean and comfortable! and the staff was soo nice and friendly that they gave my son a birthday present for his birthday! also the location is Really prefect it was in the center of some of the malls and the train!

I really love this hotel! It’s near convenience stores, grocery, station etc.. I really love the staff too. The room is big enough for mg family. It has all the things we need like the washing machine, utensils, cooking stove etc. Most of all, all the staff were very nice. Will definitely book ESLEAD again if we visit Osaka again.

Absolutely good value for money. Very clean. Smells good. There is a bathtub inside the room, a 7/11 near the hotel. The area is not bad and the hotel is just a few stops far away from the center. I would absolutely stay again
