Very clean and spacious rooms. I really appreciate the pick up and drop off shuttle services from Iiyama and Yudanaka Stations. Great location next to Ryuoo Sky Park for skiing and snowboarding. Guests please message property if you would like to add dinner to your stay the night before check-in. The chefs need time to get groceries and prepare for dinner service (charged separately from room cost) They have one laundry machine for shared use.

The buffet dinner and breakfast were perfect for us! The pick up service was flexible so it really saved us from the stress of how to go to the hotel.

Location directly in front of the skiing area, allowing to start off the hotel doors. They offer good breakfast and dinner buffet (extra cost) with a reasonable selection. The public bath (onsen) is very spacious and even contains a hammam.

House was situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The first evening I arrived at the house, I saw a wild life cat metres away from me. Saw a similar species the next evening. Entire unit was cosy and big enough to accommodate my family of 5. The washing machine and dryer unit provided means we do not need to pack as many sets of clothes for the whole trip. I would like to come back in future when there is snowfall. This time round we were too early.

Everything was great! The staff and the couple who managed the place were just the best! We will definitely come back. Top notch customer service. The location was right on the slopes! Amazing views. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff made our stay comfortable. They arranged our ski lessons and personally attended to our ski rentals. We were first timers, so their help was really much appreciated.
