We stayed for 1 night at Hote Metropolitan Kawasaki when we arrived in Tokyo. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room is spacious by Japanese standards. Even the toilet and bath has so much room for our stuff and do not feel cramped at all. Breakfast was included in our rate. The breakfast spread was more than enough and we loved everything - eggs, bacons, sausage, cereals, soup, salad... it has everything and more. I truly believe we got our money's worth. Even the staff - couldn't say anything negative, they were accommodating and helpful.

The hotel is more of a business hotel than a high-end option, but it works just fine, with staff's attention and support on point, cleanliness and silence and comfort in the rooms.
