If you can only go to Shirakawa-go once, make sure you go in...
If you can only go to Shirakawa-go once, make sure you go in winter when it snows there. Do not go in the heat of summer as you have to walk from one hut to the other under the blazing sun. There is probably no need to stay overnight either. Make sure you buy bus tickets before hand. The Internet booking is hopeless, you need to buy tickets in person.Guest review byEvaNew Zealand

When we came to the apartment, they prepared the kotatsu, kairo heat and the food for us. The room was big, warm and very near to the Shirakawago village and restaurant. The facilities operated well.
