The price is very reasonable, and it is actually spacious enough for me to walk with luggages open on the floor. The location is walkable from the Takamatsu station, which is another plus. Ozean view was great, we had a room on 10 the floor. Everything was clean and they had all the small things you exspect like toothbrush, pajamas, coffee/tea set.
