The public bath area was really gorgeous! It was very spatial and with many different pools to enjoy. The check-in and check-out procedure were super smooth and easy too.

Quite nice modern hotel right next to the station. I have enjoyed the onsen which had two different types of bath with different temperature, which was very good. There is also a sauna and cold water cool. The bed was super comfy and we had a good rest. Wi-fi was fast enough for voice calls. Will be my default hotel option if we go to Niigata again.

I loved everything about this hotel. It has almost all facilities that you would like for a family stay. Plus, the location is the best in Niigata City. You stay above the Niigata Station, and you can move around the whole city and explore tourist attractions using the large bus network that operates at the hotel's location.
